Works by Andreas Begert have been performed by leading orchestral musicians and ensembles in Germany, including the “Münchner Symphoniker”, musicians of the “Münchner Philharmoniker” and the “Bayerische Staatsoper”, as well as Concerto München and the “Orchester der Klangverwaltung”.

His music has been presented at major venues such as the Herkulessaal of the Munich Residenz, the Gasteig Munich and the Basilica of Ottobeuren, and at festivals including the Hohenloher Kultursommer.

Selected soloists include Rebekka Hartmann (violin), Hiyoli Togawa (viola) and soprano Marie-Sophie Pollak.

Bavarian Symphony (Bayerische Symphonie)
A large-scale orchestral work that transforms regional sonic materials into a symphonic architecture within a contemporary orchestral language.
